Calming down lasts a while. Training stays.
Mindful Science isn't a meditation app. It's the first nervous system training platform in Spanish: it doesn't calm you for a moment, it trains your body to respond differently in real life.

The difference
Calming down and training aren't the same thing
It's the difference between taking a painkiller and strengthening a muscle. One relieves you now. The other changes how you'll respond next time.
Relief for the moment
You put on an audio, your breathing slows, you feel calm. Half an hour later you're back in the meeting and your body reacts exactly as it did yesterday.
- The effect ends with the session
- No progression, no structure
- The calm never reaches real life
- Works until you really need it
Capacity that accumulates
Each session builds on the last. You come back faster from each activation and take more before you spike — and it happens outside the practice.
- Progression from 7 days to 6 weeks
- Every session is a specific tool
- Transfers to work and relationships
- Grounded in the neuroscience of stress
What you train
Five capacities, not a library of audio
Regulation
Activate the parasympathetic response deliberately, not only at rest.
Heart coherence
Synchronise heart and brain to improve the stress response.
Emotional regulation
Observe and release difficult emotions without getting stuck in them.
State transition
Move from activation to calm, chaos to clarity, on purpose.
Nighttime regulation
Prepare the nervous system for deep, restorative sleep.

The app
Training, not a library to get lost in
Fully redesigned: home screen with a duration picker, streaks and statistics, 30–90 second practices, favourites and a journal.
How it works
A progression, not a playlist
Order matters. Each phase assumes what you learned in the last one, the way any serious training does.
Getting started
You learn the rescue tools and install the habit. Short sessions, every day, no demands.
Foundations
The complete regulation training. This is the phase where recovery capacity changes, not just how the moment feels.
Deepening
21-day programmes on self-esteem and creative visualization, once the base is solid.
Daily practice
100+ sessions across five categories. Each is a tool for a specific state, not content to explore.
The voice you know
Daniel Delgado
Over 1.4 million YouTube subscribers. The Mindful Science method comes from original research on nervous system regulation, not from a compiled library of audio.

What people ask before starting
How is this different from a normal meditation app?
A meditation app offers loose sessions to calm you in the moment. Mindful Science is built as training with progression: 7 days to install the habit, 6 weeks of foundations, then daily practice organised into five categories according to the state you're starting from. Every session is a tool for a specific situation, not content to browse.
Learn more →How much time a day do I need?
Five to ten minutes. There are 30–90 second practices for impossible days, and the home screen has a duration picker so you choose based on the time you actually have. Consistency matters more than duration: five minutes daily beats half an hour once a week.
Learn more →What language are the sessions in?
Spanish. Mindful Science is a Spanish-language platform, with Spanish from both Spain and Latin America. English programmes are in development but are not yet available in the app, so if you don't understand Spanish audio, this isn't the right moment to subscribe.
Does it work if I've never meditated?
Yes, and the Getting started programme is built for exactly that. It also works if you already meditate and find the calm never reaches your daily life, which is why most people arrive here.
Learn more →How do I cancel the subscription?
On Android, from Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. On iPhone, from Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Either way it's one tap, with no email to support and no explanation needed. Cancel during the 7-day trial and nothing is charged.
Does it work offline?
Yes. You can download sessions and practise without data, which is useful on the metro, on a plane, or anywhere you actually need it.
Is it based on scientific evidence?
The approach draws on the neuroscience of stress, autonomic nervous system regulation, heart rate coherence and brain plasticity. It's a training app, not a medical treatment: it does not treat clinical anxiety, depression or any disease.
Learn more →What do I do if I'm anxious right now?
Three physiological sighs, then name five things you can see, then turn your head very slowly to each side. The full sequence is in the guide, along with what to do in the ten minutes afterwards.
